Construction progresses at Ezhou Aviation Logistics Industrial Park, with more than half of the main structure of the Phase I Precision Manufacturing Plant of Dubian Electronics already completed. Additionally, land leveling for the Fuchun Network Camp Internet of Things (IoT) logistics area has also been completed, and is scheduled for later construction. Recent updates from Ezhou Aviation Logistics Industrial Park indicate that the park has repurposed land resources spanning approximately 2,900 mu, with investment projects totaling over RMB 4 billion already signed.
Situated within Ezhou Airport Economic Zone, Ezhou Aviation Logistics Industrial Park represents a significant initiative in Hubei Province, backed by CCCC Second Aviation Branch, SF Express Company, and CCCC First Aviation Branch. It is an integral part of Ezhou Airport industrial support efforts, occupying a planned area of around 10 square kilometers.
Foundation work for the Precision Manufacturing Plant of Dobian Electronics began on March 17th of this year. Progress is currently underway, and the plant is anticipated to be completed by year-end, preparing for operation in the first half of the following year. This facility will specialize in producing "Ezhou manufactured" precision metal components for auto parts, all-in-one computers, and intelligent communication terminals. It is projected to produce 20 million units annually, generating an output value of nearly RMB 500 million.
Duan Aihua, Head of Ezhou Aviation Logistics Industrial Park at CCCC Second Aviation Branch, stated, "So far, a total of RMB 4 billion worth of projects have taken root in the industrial park. In addition to existing pillar industries such as precision manufacturing and electronic information, the park is also attracting investments in biomedical projects, with expected landings within the year."
This integration of industry and urban development aims to achieve balance between employment and housing. Leveraging the advantage of Ezhou Huahu Airport as Asia's first professional cargo hub airport, the region offers education, healthcare, culture, sports, business exhibitions, and other support services. The 13 vertical roads and 10 horizontal roads, forming the backbone of the development, are nearly completed. These routes represent the "fundamental framework" of the region, set to be fully operational and open to traffic by December. By November of this year, accommodations for nearly 1,000 logistics industry personnel will be available in the talent housing, and the new aviation-themed park, known as "Realm of the Sky," will be accessible to the public after project completion. This area is evolving into a balanced, environmentally pleasing, and ecologically sustainable place for both work and residence, shaping a modern city with a harmonious living and working environment.
In line with stimulating park development, the airport economic zone continues to refine government service processes. This includes the "one and done" process of obtaining five certificates (land, planning, engineering, and two others) for landing projects, streamlining the application-to-certification process.
