Covering an area of about 65,000 square meters, the Asphalt Surface Paving Project of Ezhou Riverside Avenue was completed on December 22, which took about 3 days. Therefore, a solid foundation has been laid for the realization of fully opening to the traffic by the end of the year.
This avenue serves as a major part of the city’s outer ring road planning, starting from Phoenix Road till Wuzhanggang Road, spanning over a total length of 3.729 kilometers and a road width of 34.5 meters. The design idea of the Riverside Avenue takes full account of the principle of land saving in urban planning, utilizes the existing embankment, adopts the method of combining road and embankment and maximizes the saving of road occupation, in an aim to realize the development goal of taking into account the traffic and environment in the limited urban space.
