Recently, the “2022-2023 Chinese Enterprises for High-Quality Development Index of Steel Industry(EDIS)” list was released, and Wubao Echeng Iron and Steel Group was awarded the “AA Enterprise for High-Quality Development of China’s Steel Industry”.
The list was jointly selected by the China Steel Development Research Institute, Shanghai Ganglian E-Commerce Holdings Co.,Ltd., in conjunction with authoritative domestic experts. The index is a comprehensive system consisting of 8 secondary indicators and 37 tertiary indicators, based on internal and external conditions affecting the development of enterprises, which quantitatively evaluates and ranks the high-quality development of domestic steel enterprises, and divides the enterprises into four levels: EDISAAA (head enterprises leading the steel industry), EDISAA (advanced enterprises conforming to the industry development), EDISA (relatively advanced enterprises with room for improvement in the steel industry), and EDISB (general steel enterprises with problems in some aspects).
The award of the “AA Enterprise for High-Quality Development of China’s Steel Industry” is a recognition of Wubao Echeng Iron and Steel Group in various management systems, such as its product quality, supporting capacity, control ability in industrial chain, and competitiveness. Meanwhile, it also sets higher requirements for the group to formulate precise and differentiated policies and develop relevant strategies to make up for its shortcomings, which will further promote the sustainable and high-quality development of the ecosystem of Wubao Echeng Iron and Steel Group.
