On April 17, the reporter was informed by Ezhou Customs that Ezhou Airport Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) has been approved by the General Administration of Customs and recognized as qualified for acceptance.
Recently, a joint inspection team composed of Wuhan Customs, Hubei Supervision Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, Hubei Taxation Bureau and Hubei Branch of Foreign Exchange Bureau conducted on-site inspection and acceptance of Ezhou Airport Bonded Logistics Center (Type B). After on-site evaluation, the joint acceptance group unanimously agreed that Ezhou Airport Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) passed the on-site acceptance.
Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) refers to a centralized customs supervision site approved by the Customs and operated by an enterprise legal person in China, with multiple enterprises entering and engaging in bonded warehousing and logistics business. Enterprises can carry out bonded warehousing, bonded logistics, global purchasing and distribution, re-export trade, international transit and other businesses in the Center. The construction of Ezhou Airport Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) started on August 18, 2023, and its construction and declaration are advancing simultaneously. On March 15 this year, the General Administration of Customs, Ministry of Finance, General Administration of Taxation and State Administration of Foreign Exchange approved the establishment of Ezhou Airport Bonded Logistics Center (Type B).
It is reported that the establishment of Ezhou Airport Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) can superimpose “bonded logistics”, “bonded warehousing” and other functional elements for the international cargo hub of Huahu Airport, by improving the level of air cargo hub and industrial chain supply chain service level, attracting more export-oriented projects to gather, which is conducive to further enhancing the opening platform function of Huahu Airport and accelerate the creation of an international first-class air cargo hub and “air outlet to the sea” in Hubei Province.
