The 2023 Sino-Nordic Trade and Economic Cooperation Forum is slated to be held from Nov.13 to 15, in Wuhan, capital city of Hubei Province.
Diplomatic envoys from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland and other Nordic countries, key business associations at home and abroad, senior executives of well-known multinational companies are being invited to attend the event.
The forum will feature four major sections, including a theme exhibition, a main forum, several parallel sessions and inspection tours. Specifically, an opening ceremony, the 2023 China-Nordic Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum, multinational company dialogue with the Yangtze River, and specific sessions for promoting Wuhan Metropolitan Area, Yichang-Jingzhou-Jingmen Metropolitan Area, Xiangyang Metropolitan area, Wuhan New Town and Ezhou Huahu Airport, will be scheduled, along with exhibitions on development achievements of multinational companies and development opportunities of five advantageous industries in Hubei.
As a significant window for Hubei to deepen economic and trade cooperation and exchanges with Europe, the forum has also become a platform for multinational companies to deeply cultivate Chinese market and expand the broad market of China’s central region, as well as an important gathering for political, business and academic circles to share ideas and opportunities.
