Hubei International Logistics Airport Co., Ltd., Shenzhen S.F. Taisen Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. and Central German Airports Group signed a strategic cooperation memorandum on Monday in Ezhou City, Hubei Province.
It marked the close cooperation between Ezhou Huahu Airport in Hubei and Leipzig/Halle Airport in Germany, so as to jointly bolster the development of China-Europe aviation logistics.
Hubei International Logistics Airport Co., Ltd. is the main operator of Ezhou Huahu Airport. As the fourth professional cargo hub airport in the world and the first of its kind in Asia, the airport has launched 44 domestic cargo routes and 10 international cargo routes.
Central German Airports Group owns two corporate sites, Dresden and Leipzig/Halle Airports. Leipzig/Halle Airport is one of the top three largest cargo hubs in Europe and the second largest in Germany.
Shenzhen S.F. Taisen Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. is the largest express logistics service provider in China and the fourth largest in the world.
Three companies will carry out all-round strategic cooperation in the areas of air cargo routes, personnel exchange and training, air logistics informatization, airport construction, green energy development, and experience sharing on carbon emission. (en.hubei.gov.cn by Zhang Yawei)
