Hubei's tourism elements shine in China International Travel Mart 2023

  More than 30 enterprises from Hubei Province participated in the China International Travel Mart 2023, which was held from Nov. 17 to 19 in Kunming.
  Co-sponsored by China's Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Civil Aviation Administration of China and the provincial government of Yunnan, the three-day event embraced nine halls and 5,000 booths to host 892 exhibitors from 70 countries and regions.
  Under the theme of “Hubei: Home to Wonders”, the Hubei Hall covered an exhibition area of 203 square meters. It featured the province’s tourism brands, including the Yangtze River, Wudang Mountains, Shennongjia, Yellow Crane Tower, Chime-bells from the Tomb of Marquis Yi of the Zeng State and the Sword of Goujian.
  More than 30 enterprises from 10 cities and prefectures in the province such as Wuhan, Yichang, Xiangyang, Shennongjia and Jingzhou took part in the exhibition, involving eight business types including tourist attractions, cultural organizations, travel agencies, travel vehicle and ship companies, and market planning agencies, as well as 12 product services.
  A number of intangible cultural heritage products were displayed in the Hubei Hall, including Chu-style Lacquer, Han Embroidery and Vine Tea. It attracted a deluge of visitors from home and abroad. (en.hubei.gov.cn by Zhang Yawei)
