Hubei signed six major projects at the 2024 China Hubei-Germany Auto & Parts Industry Cooperation Conference in Stuttgart, Germany, on April 24 local time.
Stuttgart is a world famous automobile city, where the headquarters of Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and other car companies are located, while the automobile and parts industry is one of the pillar industries of Hubei. The two sides enjoy a profound cooperation foundation and broad cooperation space. Many projects signed at the conference are relating to auto and parts industry.
During the business event, Xiangyang Investment Promotion Bureau, Jingzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone and the Three Ring Group presented Hubei’s advantages and characteristics in auto and parts industry. Relevant officials of Germany Trade & Invest and German-Chinese Business Association (DCW) attended.
Hubei and Germany have seen continuous exchanges and cooperation in recent years. At present, there have been more than ten German-funded Fortune Global 500 enterprises in Hubei.
