The third session of the 14th Hubei Provincial People’s Congress opened in Wuhan, capital city of Hubei Province, on January 16, 2025, with the attendance of nearly 30 foreign guests from 11 countries. Since 2012, Hubei has invited foreign guests to attend the province’s annual two sessions for 14 consecutive years. To date, approximately 430 foreign representatives have been invited.
