On 1 August, a significant milestone was achieved in the construction of the main tower on the south bank of the Yanji Yangtze River Bridge. With the completion of the final concrete pouring, the height of the upstream side of the main tower, undertaken by CCCC Second Aviation Branch, has surpassed the 100-meter mark, reaching an impressive height of 104.5 meters. This accomplishment not only signifies the “half” fulfillment of both the tower's intended height and the number of sections, but also officially marks the commencement of the ultra-high altitude construction phase for the bridge's main tower.
